1. Who we are

RC Precision is a precision manufacturing supplier based in Shenzhen, China, offering injection molding, CNC machining, MIM, 3D printing and rapid tooling. This policy applies to personal data collected through rctooling.com, including the RFQ form. Contact: quote@rctooling.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit: name, company, business email, phone / WhatsApp, country.
• Project details: industry, process needed, material, estimated annual volume, target lead time, drawing links, and any notes.
• Attribution data: UTM parameters and referrer URL (how you found us), captured automatically.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your request — prepare and send your free DFM review and quote (necessary for the pre-contract step you initiated).
• Only with your consent — to send occasional manufacturing insights by email. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

4. Legal basis

Under GDPR, we rely on legitimate interest / pre-contractual necessity for quote communications, and on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for marketing emails. We do not sell your data.

5. Third-party processors

Submissions are received and stored by our form processor (Formspree or HubSpot), acting as a data processor under a GDPR Art. 28 agreement. Data may be transferred outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

• Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
• Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each message, or by emailing quote@rctooling.com.

7. Data retention

Quote-related data is retained for up to 24 months. Marketing data is kept only until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
